Lost Male Cat, Maine coon, Black, caramel towards ends - bleached by sun

Please help us find our family cat, he’s been with us for 17 years! 😭

We are still missing our grumpy old fella.

Dookie went missing sometime after 2pm on Sunday the 19th of Jan from the Moana Views in Rotorua (Ōwhata, off Vaughan Road).

He’s been missing for a few weeks and it’s not like him to just disappear and not come home.

If you know anyone that lives near Moana Views in Rotorua, please ask them to check their back yards & keep an eye out. He won’t have gone too far. He is an older cat, not particularly friendly so don’t try petting him, but, he might be tempted by food 😉.

The last time he went missing he had hitched a ride unbeknownst to our neighbour who saw him shoot off after they stopped. He was found a week later and had been “breaking and entering” through cat doors to access food. So, if you see an unfamiliar cat sunning himself and acting like he owns the place it may be him, let us know.

Dookie has a lime green collar with purple tag that has his name on one side and our contact details on the other.
